What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, billing information via Stripe
• Gameplay data: characters, items, currency, mission history, faction reputation, social graph
• Usage data: page views and feature usage via Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies)

How we use it

Your data is used solely to operate the game: persisting your characters and progress, matchmaking, anti-cheat, billing, and customer support.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data
• We do not share data with third parties except payment processing (Stripe) and email delivery (Resend)
• We do not use tracking cookies

Data retention

Gameplay state is retained while your account is active. Account data is retained until you delete your account. Inactive accounts may be archived after extended periods; archived accounts can be restored on request.

Data location

Data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL, US-East) and processed on Vercel (US-East). Stripe processes payments in the United States.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@deadrun.online.
