1. Service

DEADRUN ONLINE ("the Service") is a tick-based online game operated by Robot, DESTROY! LLC. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address. One person or entity may not maintain more than one account at a time without explicit permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to harass other players, automate gameplay, exploit bugs for in-game advantage, or attempt to disrupt other players' access. You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits or anti-cheat systems.

4. In-game Purchases

Some features of the Service may be purchasable for real money via Stripe. In-game currency, items, and characters have no real-world value, are non-refundable except where required by law, and may be lost if your account is terminated for breach of these terms.

5. Data

We store account information, gameplay state, communications sent within the Service, and operational telemetry. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Game state, ladders, seasons, and balance are subject to change at any time.

7. Liability

Robot, DESTROY! LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of in-game items, currency, characters, progress, or downtime.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support; doing so deletes your gameplay state.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
